Coaching
One-to-one
coaching sessions are a great way to help you solve your
time management, procrastination, and
organizing challenges at work or home.
We'll customize a plan to meet your needs and help you set
reasonable
goals and deadlines so that you feel good and make progress towards a
more enjoyable and organized life!
Here's
how it works: We'll
start with a phone call to learn more about your situation.
What are your three biggest challenges? What would
make the biggest
difference in your life? Once we've learned a little bit
more about what you'd like to accomplish, then we'll schedule 2
hours at your location. (If you're not
located in the Boston area, we can still provide
valuable
assistance with our Virtual
Coaching.)
When
we meet, we'll
talk a little bit more and formulate a plan of
attack, then we dig in and make
some progress!
At the end of the session, we'll schedule our
next time together (if needed) and discuss any "homework" that you can
do to continue your progress until we see you |
|
again.
(By the
way,
you won't need to clean, tidy, or organize before you see us.
We
like to see things in their natural state! It helps us to
help
you better.)

perfect choice if you are located outside the Boston area!
With this method, we'll get you
started
with a plan, you'll work at your own pace, and we'll speak at scheduled
times
over the phone / internet. Our calls will help
keep you on track, and you'll make great progress.
Here's
how it works: We'll
start with a conversation to learn more about your situation.
What
are your three
biggest challenges? What
would
make the biggest

During our call if you decide you'd like to get started, then we'll
schedule our first appointment (usually 60 or 90 minutes). We
may
ask you to take some photos so that we
can see space, furniture, and any challenges that you may
encounter. (All photos and
information are kept strictly confidential. And,
you
won't need to clean, tidy, or organize before taking photos.
We
like to
see things in their natural state! It helps us to help you
better.)
In our first appointment, we'll create a plan of
action - how and where can you start?
We'll assign you
a few
tasks and
deadlines to get started. Nothing too overwhelming,
but
enough to challenge you and for you to see progress.
We'll schedule periodic calls to check in
with you
to make sure
things are working well. If you are not progressing, we'll
discuss why not and how to fix the issues. These calls can be
weekly,
every two weeks, or every month - the choice is yours!
Virtual
coaching is a great way to get organized and learn techniques to become
